Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

The teachings, reflection prompts, frameworks, articles, products, and other content provided through Wholistic Manifestations™ are intended for educational, reflective, and general wellness purposes.

The Return™ is an awareness practice and educational framework. It is not a substitute for professional mental-health care, medical treatment, emergency support, or individualized professional guidance.

3. Body-Care Products

Rooted Lotus products are intended for external use unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Review all ingredients, directions, warnings, and product information before use. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Individual experiences may vary, and customer experiences or testimonials do not guarantee a particular result.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your personal circumstances and sensitivities.

Processing and shipping estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Because body-care products are intended for personal use, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged, incorrect, or otherwise problematic orders must be reported according to our published Return and Refund Policy.
