Returns and Refunds

Because our body-care products are made in small batches and are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the concern.

When appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
